Arrive Delhi. Pick up at airport by tour executive and
transfer. Overnight at hotel. Combined city tour of

2 / Delhi - Shimla
Transfer to the airport to board flight to Shimla, the
capital of Himachal Pradesh, ensconced in the foothills
of the northern Himalayas. Transfer to hotel. Overnight
stay at the hotel.

3 & 4 / Shimla
Full day excursion in and around the city. Overnight
stay in the hotel. The city is still largely British
in character, as the city was founded as the summer
capital of the British rulers.

seven hour drive by road reaches you to Manali, the
district headquarters of the picturesque Kullu Valley,
where mountainous charms coalesce with Hindu Mythology
and history. Transfer to hotel, for overnight stay.

Day long excursion to the Kullu Valley has special shopping
stopovers for curios and religious icons, apart from
leather goods, souvenirs and carpets.
Day 8 / Manali - Chandigarh
Morning drive to Chandigarh, 8 hours away. Arrive and
check into hotel. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight
stay in the hotel. This city christened after Chandi
or Durga Devi, the consort of Shiva, is a prosperous
city, a Union Territory and the capital of both the
states of Punjab and Haryana. Located at the foot of
the Shimla hills of Shivalik ranges, Chandigarh was
planned and designed by a famous French architect Le
Corbusier on scientific principles, with several edicts
involving human scale, self-sufficient sectors, road
system, areas of special interest and architectural
control. It is a modern city with beautiful avenues,
boulevards, gardens, promenades and high structures.

9 / Chandigarh - Delhi
Daylong excursion by road. In the afternoon, fly back
to Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Leave for onward journey.
